Luxor Staffing is seeking a Business Development Representative in Charlotte, NC! Our Business Development team is responsible for creating new business while simultaneously growing the present accounts of Luxor Staffing. As our Representative, you will be required to maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to provide superior service to our customers.

Responsiblities

  • Focus sales efforts by studying our existing and potential customers
  • Find leads, engage in responses and develop relationships with customers after cold outreach
  • Service our current accounts and obtain orders
  • Plan and organize a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales
  • Maintain strong and meaningful relationships with each and every account you manager to ensure they are receiving the service they deserve
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Conduct cold outreach to expand potential our new business
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry preferred, but not required
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills along with a mindset for collaboration
  • Tech-savvy, quick-learning and ready to jump into new software programs
  • Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate
  • Excellent attendance required
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle on a daily basis
