Food Production and Packaging Staffing Services
Production, packaging, and sanitation crews for food manufacturing plants, not restaurants. Food plants are regulated environments, and we screen for that before we screen for anything else.
Food Production And Packaging Staffing Designed For Your Workforce Needs
Food manufacturing asks more of a worker in daily discipline than most light industrial environments. Hairnets and beard nets, gowning and de-gowning, hand washing at a set frequency, no jewelry, no phones, no exposed skin, allergen protocols that change by production line, and documentation for most of it. A plant can lose a shift to one worker who did not understand why any of that matters.
We staff food production and packaging on that basis. Production operators, packagers, sanitation crews, production line workers, and quality checkers, screened for whether they have worked to food safety standards before and whether they will hold to them on a night shift with nobody watching. When that goes wrong, the cost is a contaminated run rather than a slow one.

Industries We Serve

What Food-Grade Work Requires Of A Worker
Food production screens differently from warehouse work, and early departures here come from three places.
The discipline. Gowning takes time and hand washing is scheduled rather than optional. A worker who finds those rules irritating on day one stops following them by day ten.
The documentation. Sanitation logs, temperature checks, allergen changeover sign-offs, metal detection verification. A worker who will not write things down accurately is a compliance risk even if they are excellent on the line.
The pace under constraint. Food lines run fast and the rules do not relax when they do.
We screen for prior experience to a standard like this, and we describe all three to candidates before they start.
Cold, Controlled, And Temperature-Sensitive Environments
A large share of food production and packaging work happens somewhere cold, and cold is the variable employers most often underestimate.
A chilled production room, a cooler, and a freezer are three different working environments, and tolerating any of them for an hour is different from working a ten-hour shift in one. Workers who leave a cold environment usually leave in the first week.
So we screen for cold tolerance as a specific question. Has this person worked in a freezer before, for how long, and doing what. We tell candidates the actual temperature rather than describing the room as chilly, and we check what gear the work requires and whether your site provides it.
The same applies to temperature-controlled distribution and cold storage across several of our markets, including Atlanta, the Lehigh Valley, Hazleton, and the Dallas inland port.

What You Can Expect From Luxor Staffing
Food plants get audited, and the audit does not distinguish between your employees and ours. The conduct of the workers we place appears in your compliance record, and we staff the category accordingly.
Screened For Food Safety Standards
Prior food-grade experience, sanitation discipline, and documentation accuracy, screened separately from physical capability because they predict different failures.
Cold Tolerance Verified, Not Assumed
We ask the specific temperature question and tell candidates the real number, which is why cold environment crews stay past the first week.
Safety And Sanitation Onboarding Built For Your Plant
Site-specific safety programs covering your sanitation and allergen protocols, delivered before the first shift.
Seasonal Volume At The Same Screening Standard
Luxor specializes in staffing shifts of 300 or more employees, and the food-grade screening standard does not change when the volume does.

Partner With Luxor Staffing
Tell us what your production lines run, what standards they run to, and how cold it is where the work happens. Those answers determine who can hold the job. A representative from the office covering your plant will walk your production floor, including the cold side, before we source anyone. Complete the form to get started.
