Florida Staffing Agency
Luxor Staffing operates one office in Florida, at the freight corridor west of Orlando International Airport. It is a staffed location with recruiters who work Central Florida.
Light Industrial Staffing Across Florida
Florida is a distribution state, and Central Florida is where much of that distribution is organized. Orlando sits near the geographic center of the state, and the corridor west of Orlando International Airport, where State Road 528, Florida’s Turnpike, and Orange Blossom Trail converge, is one of the metro’s better-connected freight locations. Our office is in that corridor.
What sets Florida apart from other distribution markets is the competition for workers. The tourism economy hires from the same entry-level pool as the warehouses that supply it, which means a warehouse here competes for candidates against employers offering very different work. We recruit with that comparison in mind, and we specialize in staffing shifts of 300 or more.
Florida Cities Where Luxor Staffs
One Luxor office covers Central Florida, and it has its own page with local detail on the corridors we cover, the roles we fill most often, and the form that reaches that team.
From the Orlando office we serve employers across Central Florida, including the airport and Orange Blossom Trail corridor, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Sanford, and the Interstate 4 corridor. If your site is in Florida and you are not sure whether we cover it, submit the form on the Orlando page and we will tell you.
Industries We Staff Across Florida
General warehouse and distribution is the bulk of our Florida work. We staff picking, packing, palletizing, material handling, and shipping and receiving for e-commerce fulfillment, third-party logistics, and statewide distribution operations across all three shifts.
The hospitality supply chain adds packaging, food handling, and assembly and kitting work that most distribution markets do not carry, and the medical and pharmaceutical distribution operations near the airport add temperature-controlled and documentation-heavy roles. In healthcare supply chains we staff warehouse and distribution roles only, not clinical or licensed positions, and we do not staff commercial driving or construction trades. Those boundaries keep our recruiters focused on the roles they can screen properly.
