Machine and Equipment Operation Staffing Services
Forklift and powered equipment operators, and production machine operators. Luxor trains and certifies our own operators, including evaluation at your facility on the equipment they will run.
Machine And Equipment Operation Staffing Designed For Your Workforce Needs
Forklift experience is not a single skill. The type of truck, the environment, the lift height, and the aisle width all change what an operator needs to do safely. A worker who is confident on a sit-down counterbalance in an open yard may never have taken a stand-up reach truck to the third level of a narrow-aisle rack.
Luxor addresses that by training. Our forklift operators complete specialized training and certification before placement, and that includes evaluation at the site where they will be working. What an operator can safely do on your specific machines is the question that matters in these roles, and the evaluation is where it gets answered.

Industries We Serve

The Equipment We Staff, And Why The Type Matters
Powered industrial trucks. Sit-down counterbalance, stand-up counterbalance, reach truck, order picker, cherry picker, pallet jack, and clamp attachment. These are meaningfully different machines. Reach truck and order picker work happens at height, which introduces a comfort factor separate from skill that candidates do not always disclose until they are up there. Clamp work carries product damage risk a standard fork operator has never had to consider.
Production equipment. Stamping, packaging, labeling and coding, palletizers, and general process lines. The question is rarely whether someone can start the machine. It is whether they recognize when it is running wrong, execute a changeover, clear a jam safely, and know when to stop the line rather than push through.
Across both, we place the roles that work alongside the equipment. Material handlers feeding the machine, operators running two or three machines in a cell, and the workers who relieve operators during breaks, which is often where an untrained person ends up on equipment.
We Train and Certify Our Own Operators
Powered industrial truck operation is a regulated area, and the requirement that matters most is that an operator is trained and evaluated on the specific equipment in the specific workplace. Prior certification from a previous employer does not transfer cleanly, so an operator who arrives with a card in their wallet still needs evaluating in your aisles.
Luxor handles that directly. Our forklift operators complete specialized training and certification covering safe operation, load handling, stacking, and the safety protocols the work requires. We then conduct evaluation at your facility, on your equipment, in your aisles, with your traffic patterns and pedestrian routes.
So you receive an operator who has been trained, certified, and evaluated where the work happens. We coordinate with your safety team throughout and document the process for your records.
We are equally direct about the limits. If a candidate has not operated a machine type before, we tell you which machines they have run and which they have not.

What You Can Expect From Luxor Staffing
Equipment roles carry the highest safety exposure of anything we staff. Training and certifying our own operators takes longer and costs more than screening alone, and it is what this category requires.
Trained And Certified Before Placement
Our forklift operators complete specialized training and certification covering safe operation, load handling, and stacking before they arrive at your facility.
Evaluated At Your Site, On Your Equipment
Certification alone does not account for your aisles, your racking, or your traffic patterns. We evaluate operators at your facility, where the risk exists.
Every Truck Type, Named Specifically
Sit-down, stand-up, reach, order picker, cherry picker, pallet jack, and clamp. We match the operator to the specific machine.
Clear About Machine Experience
If a candidate has not operated your machine type, you will hear it from us first. We tell you which machines someone has run and which they have not.

Partner With Luxor Staffing
Tell us which machines, in what environment, and what the operator needs to handle alone. We will train and certify to that, and evaluate at your site before anyone runs equipment on your production floor. A representative will walk your facility first.
