Our work is light industrial, and the mix changes by market. Manufacturing and assembly lead in Arlington, Garland, and on the south side of San Antonio, while Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Mesquite, and DeSoto skew heavily toward distribution and general warehouse work. Food production and packaging concentrate in Garland, Carrollton, and along the San Antonio distribution corridor. The rest of our volume comes from print and press, electronics testing and repair, machine and equipment operation, commercial recycling, and clerical support.
We do not staff commercial driving or construction trades anywhere in Texas. That is a limit we set on purpose. Recruiters who screen for a narrower set of roles screen better, and it keeps us from sending you a candidate we have not properly screened just to close an order.
