Working with Luxor Staffing
Luxor employees have access to ACA-compliant health coverage starting on their first day, along with weekly pay, optional direct deposit, mobile access to important employment information, and support from a local Luxor team throughout their assignment. While working on a temporary or temp-to-hire assignment, you are employed by Luxor Staffing and work at one of our client locations. If you are hired or converted to a permanent position with that company, you will then become an employee of the client directly.
All Luxor employees are paid weekly. You can choose direct deposit for convenient access to your pay, and your local Luxor team can provide information about your specific pay schedule and any timekeeping requirements for your assignment.
You can access your pay stubs, W-2s, and other important employment information through the Luxor Staffing app, giving you convenient access to your information whenever you need it.
An assignment ending doesn’t have to mean your time with Luxor is over. Contact your Luxor recruiter when your assignment is coming to an end so our team can review available opportunities and help you find your next assignment.
