Warehouse Staffing Services
General warehouse is the largest category we staff. Warehouse worker covers a dozen different jobs with different physical demands, and we screen for the one you are filling.
Warehouse Staffing Services Designed For Your Workforce Needs
A warehouse order usually arrives as a number. Twelve people, second shift, starting next week. What the number does not say is whether they will be walking twelve miles a day on a pick line, lifting sixty pounds off a trailer, standing at a pack station, or operating a reach truck at height.
Those are four different workers. Someone who does well at a pack station may not last a week unloading containers, and the reverse is equally true. We fill warehouse orders by asking what the day involves and screening for that, which is what keeps a crew intact through week three.

Industries We Serve

What We Staff Across A Warehouse Operation
A warehouse runs several workflows, and each one fails differently when it is short.
Inbound and receiving. Unloading, container devanning, sorting, put away, and receiving verification. The most physically demanding work in most buildings and the hardest to keep staffed, particularly on floor-loaded containers. We screen for sustained lifting capacity and for whether someone has done this work specifically.
Storage, replenishment, and inventory. Put away, cycle counting, inventory control, and reach truck operation. These reward accuracy and equipment competence over speed, and a wrong hire costs you quietly through mislocated stock and counts that stop reconciling.
Pick, pack, and outbound. Picking, packing, labeling, staging, loading, and shipping. The largest share of what we fill and the most sensitive to pace. We screen for whether someone holds a rate for a full shift, not just the first two hours.
Peak and surge. Large crews hired fast, trained quickly, and scaled back down cleanly. Peak is where a staffing partner is tested, because the volume is real, the timeline is fixed, and there is no time to learn your building once it starts.
Screening For The Building Rather Than The Job Title
Turnover in warehouse work is largely avoidable, and most of it traces back to one cause. Someone was placed into physical conditions nobody described to them. A pace they could not hold, a lift height they were not comfortable with, a walking distance they did not expect.
So the walkthrough comes before the sourcing. A representative visits your building to see the dock configuration, rack height, aisle width, pick path length, and where the bottleneck sits. Two warehouses with identical square footage can require completely different workers.
The screening then follows the building rather than the requisition. How heavy, how far, how high, how fast. For equipment roles we go further, because a stand-up reach truck handles differently from a sit-down forklift and the difference matters at height. Luxor forklift operators complete specialized training and certification, including evaluation at your facility on your equipment.
Safety onboarding is built around your building, covering powered equipment, dock safety, lifting technique, and your specific hazards.

What You Can Expect From Luxor Staffing
Warehouse orders are easy to fill fast and harder to fill correctly, and the consequences of the second one arrive about three weeks later. We would rather take an extra day at the start and still have your crew in place next quarter.
Screened For The Building, Not The Title
Lift weight, walking distance, height, pace, and noise. We ask about all five before sourcing, because those are the conditions workers leave over.
Trained And Certified Equipment Operators
Our forklift operators complete specialized training and certification, including evaluation at your site on your equipment.
Every Shift, Including The Hard Ones
First, second, third, weekend, and split shifts. Overnight coverage is a large share of what we fill.
Volume When The Peak Lands
Luxor specializes in staffing shifts of 300 or more employees. Peak in a distribution building is a volume problem, and it is the shape our process was built around.

Partner With Luxor Staffing
Tell us what the day involves in your building. How heavy, how far, what equipment, what pace. Those answers shape the crew far more than a job title does, and a representative from the office nearest your site will come and see it in person. Complete the form to get started.
