Ontario, CA Staffing Agency
Luxor Staffing fills warehouse and production roles across Ontario from our office on South Euclid Avenue. Ontario holds more warehouse space than any other city in the Inland Empire, and the work runs around the clock.
Ontario Staffing Services Designed for Your Workforce Needs
Ontario runs on two clocks. Big box distribution moves on weekly and seasonal volume, and air cargo at Ontario International moves on nightly sort windows. The city sits where the 10, the 15, and the 60 meet, and a staffing partner here has to cover both rhythms.
Our office is on South Euclid Avenue, in the city rather than covering it from another market. That matters in the Inland Empire, where the labor pool spreads across Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Chino, and Pomona, and every operator is competing for the same people. We place general warehouse, distribution, packaging, and material handling workers across the city, and the same representatives stay assigned to the account after the crew starts.

Why Choose Luxor for Staffing in Ontario
Ontario is the densest warehouse market in the Inland Empire, which means every operator within a short drive is recruiting from the same labor pool at the same time. Filling an order here is less about finding people and more about reaching them first and giving them a reason to stay past the first week.
An Office in Ontario
Our South Euclid Avenue office is in the city, so a representative can walk your floor the same day rather than driving in from another market.
Built for Night and Weekend Sorts
Air cargo and e-commerce fulfillment do not stop at five. Overnight and weekend coverage is standard work for us rather than an exception we accommodate.
Coverage From the First Shift
Every Luxor employee receives ACA-compliant health coverage from day one, at no cost to your company. In a market this competitive, that is often what closes a candidate.
Built for High-Volume Orders
Luxor specializes in staffing shifts of 300 or more, with discounts on high-volume orders, transfers, and referrals. Ontario buildings run large, and we staff to that scale.
Industries We Staff Across Ontario
General warehouse and distribution is the core of our Ontario work. Inbound freight needs unloading and sorting, and the outbound side needs picking, packing, palletizing, and preparation for regional and national delivery, across all three shifts and often on weekends.
Assembly and kitting, packaging, machine and equipment operation, food production, and commercial recycling account for the next largest share, and Ontario’s smaller and older industrial buildings add light manufacturing alongside the logistics. We do not staff commercial driving, drayage, or construction trades. Our recruiters place the people who work inside the buildings.
Our Ontario Staffing Process
We Plan Around Your Volume Cycle
Before we source anyone, we visit your site and work out how your volume actually arrives. Weekly retail replenishment, seasonal peaks, and nightly air freight sorts each need a different crew shape. Building the wrong one costs you either coverage or margin, so we settle it before recruiting begins.
We Screen for the Work Itself
Our recruiters interview against the work rather than the job title. They check experience with the equipment and the pace your operation runs, verify eligibility, and complete any screening you require. For high-volume pick and pack work we screen for whether someone holds a rate across a full shift.
We Onboard for Safety Before Day One
Every worker we place completes safety onboarding built around your site rather than a general orientation. We implement and customize site-specific safety programs to match what your operation already requires, and we continue holding safety compliance meetings after crews start.
We Adjust the Crew as Volume Changes
The same Luxor representatives stay assigned to the account and adjust headcount as your volume moves rather than holding to the original order. Because the workers are our employees, the recordkeeping that comes with a crew that changes size stays with us. You receive complete reporting and compliance documentation in the format your team reviews.
