Manufacturing Staffing Services
Production operators, machine operators, assemblers, and quality checkers for plants across eight states. On a production line, the wrong hire costs you scrap and downtime, not just a slower day.
Manufacturing Staffing Services Designed for Your Workforce Needs
A warehouse absorbs a weak hire. A production line does not. A worker who cannot hold a tolerance, misreads a work instruction, or freezes during a changeover does not just slow the shift, they generate scrap, trigger rework, and occasionally stop the line entirely. The cost of a bad placement in manufacturing is measured in product, not in hours.
That changes how the role has to be filled. We staff manufacturing by getting specific about the process before the headcount, because the useful question is never how many people you need. It is what the line runs, how tight it runs, and what happens when it stops. We screen candidates against those answers rather than against a job title, and place workers across 28 offices in eight states.

Industries We Serve

What We Staff Across a Production Floor
A production floor is four distinct labor problems standing next to each other, and each one screens differently.
Machine and equipment operation. Extrusion, injection molding, stamping, CNC, packaging equipment, and process lines. This is where process experience matters most and where a job title tells you least. We verify what a candidate has actually run and under what conditions, because operating a machine and being trusted alone with one at two in the morning are different qualifications.
Assembly and sub-assembly. Manual assembly, sequencing, kitting, and work feeding a main line. These reward consistency over speed and the failure mode is quiet. A worker who drifts on a sequenced line creates problems that surface three stations later.
Quality and inspection. In-process inspection, visual checks, measurement, and documentation. We screen for attention to detail and documentation discipline as deliberately as for physical capability, since a quality role that cannot record what it found is not doing the job.
Packaging, finishing, and materials. Packaging lines, labeling, palletizing, finishing, and the materials movement feeding the floor. The highest-volume category on most production sites and the one most exposed to peak.
Screening for Process Experience Rather Than Headcount
Most staffing agencies treat manufacturing as warehouse work with a machine in the room. The screening is the same, the questions are the same, and the results show up on your scrap report rather than in your fill rate.
We start on the floor. A representative walks your line to understand the equipment, the materials, the tolerances, the changeover frequency, and the pace. Running polypropylene is not running rubber compound, and a food-grade line is not a metal fabrication line. None of that comes across in a requisition.
Then the interview goes at the process rather than the title. Which machine, which material, which tolerance, which changeover, and what did you do when it went wrong. Our recruiters know the follow-up question when a candidate describes running a line, which a generalist has to take at face value. Where equipment operation is involved, Luxor operators complete specialized training and certification with evaluation at your facility.

What You Can Expect From Luxor Staffing
Manufacturing is where the gap between a specialist and a generalist agency is most expensive and least visible at the point of hire. Both will send you people. Only one will have asked what your line actually runs before doing it.
Screened For The Process, Not The Title
Machine operator means twenty different things. We ask which machine, which material, which tolerance, and which changeover, because that determines who can do the job.
Built For Line Ramps And Changeovers
New line coming up to rate, a second shift starting, a seasonal product run. We sequence hiring against your production schedule rather than delivering a headcount on day one.
Safety Programs Built For Your Floor
Presses, heat, chemicals, moving equipment, and lockout requirements. Safety onboarding is built around your specific hazards rather than delivered from a generic video.
Volume Without Losing The Standard
We staff shifts of 300 or more and hold the same screening standard at that scale. Volume is where most agencies quietly lower the bar.

Partner With Luxor Staffing
Tell us what your line runs, what material it runs, and what happens when it stops. Those three answers tell a recruiter more than a job description will, and a representative from the office nearest your plant will come and walk the floor before we source anyone.
